I wouldn't recommend a setting that low, although I do know players who use 10. Anything lower than 10 will likely cause the game engine to fall over itself and things will misfire or generally not happen as expected.
Again, a good, smooth setting for most players new to Relativity to try out in the beginning is 19 (approx. 0.5 of EA default) and then adjust as they wish from there.- IreneSwift10 years agoSeasoned AceOne thing I've noticed is that the more you slow down time, the longer it takes for your sim's car or bicycle to start moving once they've gotten in/on it. It seems as though the game is programmed to give it a certain amount of sims time before going. If you set relativity to stop time altogether, they will never get anywhere in their vehicles, they'll just sit there.

Relativity does change the speed of the game clock. By default, sim time passes at one sim minute per real time second. If you set relativity to 19, one sim minute takes two real time seconds. Most of the time, I set relativity to 28, meaning a sim minute takes 1.5 real time seconds. But, if I'm playing in a town where it takes longer to get around in, like Bridgeport, I'll set it at 19. When adventuring in WA worlds recently, I decided to set relativity at 13, with one sim minute taking about 3 real time seconds.
How you set relativity to 19? Where shuld i writhe that command? ctrl+alt+c=19 ? or what i have mood in mood folder - TheSimsSerbia8 years agoRising Hotshot

i installed relativity too! but i had a hard time like... where did it go???? cuz i couldnt find it. it was under computer option :D.
I knoowww. That's exactly what I thought, too! At first I looked through the "Option" panel and when that didn't work, I tried to right clicked on my Sim. I thought I installed it wrong so I removed the Mod. Read the mod information AGAIN and felt really incompetent, of course - it was in the clock, computer, and City Hall - places I didn't look.

@rosemow - @thesimsserbia - Let's back up a bit and start with a threshold question. Are you actually playing TS3 or TS4? NRaas mods are for TS3 only.
NRaas mods provide options through in-game menus on sims, lots, objects, City Hall, and in-game computers. Not from the cheats console. Relativity's menus are on City Hall and computers, as well as on in-game clocks, same menus in each place. NRaas > Relativity > Set Speed > 19 (or whatever value you prefer). - TheSimsSerbia8 years agoRising Hotshot

thanks,i f.out alone. nowhere is writhen how to use mod relativity in sims 3 ,i find only how to set and other istruction but noware on what to use! - @thesimsserbia - Sorry, but I must disagree. We have many hundreds of How To pages on our wiki. Here is the one that lists out Relativity's interactions. All of the mods that actually have any interactions have a page just like that and most of them have FAQ pages as well.
http://nraas.wikispaces.com/Relativity+Interactions
Quoting from it, at the beginning of the page:
"The following additional interactions have been added to all clocks, computers and the City Hall in game:"
We also have message boards (free membership required to participate) where players can ask any mod-related questions that they like, chat with the other players, the mod developers, etc. Not really sure what else we can do to make things more accessible.
