Your CPU is low-end and your graphic chip also is right on the specs (which are low)

Your drivers are 5 years old so check if there are newer ones. That might help.

Otherwise, turn down your graphic settings and turn off mirror reflections to see if that gets rid of the crashing. If not, you might wanna look into a new computer.

Thank you I will try this when I get back home. I just find it strange that I never had any problems previously. I was thinking if buying an Alienware laptop for a while. My friends say I don't need one but I want 1 !! I have checked and then graphics card is compatabile. I may even go for a mac book!, hopefully I will be able to play sims again soon and not just on my iPad version
