@hannaimarocko I would definitely cross the first one off the list. If your budget were more limited, it might be a viable option, but it could also struggle to run Pets and Seasons. As it is, the upgrade to a much faster gaming computer is well worth the relatively small price increase.
The second option is technically a better laptop than the third, but the improvements will make no difference at all to Sims 3. So it's not worth the higher price. If you like the third, go ahead and get it. I do want to say it's overkill for Sims 3, but that's not a bad thing, especially if you want to use Reshade and enjoy higher framerates.
Both the second and third laptops would likely need help to get Sims 3 running at all. But it's simple enough to apply a user-made patch or one of the other available workarounds:
