try the reset tall sims cheat ctrl+shift+c hold all 3 together in the menu bar that appears at the top of the screen type in resetsim * (inculding the * hit enter ) this will reset all sims inculdeing your own make sure your own aren't doing anything important cancel their action q
I tried it and it didn't fix the issue at all unfortunately ☹️
Bridgeport does have issues with routeing

i know in Bridgeport someone else had an issue with that too so they fenced off the area
