I also can not find the codes anywhere not even in email confirmation
420QueenBee98 When you buy a game through the EA App, you generally don't receive a code; the game is simply added to your account. Are you being prompted to register on the old Sims 3 site? If so, you shouldn't need to—try to login with the same email address and password that you use in the EA App, and the game should already be present on your account.
If that is NOT the case, let me know. This is how things are supposed to work, but perhaps something has broken with that particular process.
