Cannot download the worlds that come with 2 of the Sims 3 expansions?

I bought and downloaded 2 expansions using the EA app (I have a Mac). I'm having trouble getting the Worlds that come with those expansions and I don't understand why.

I'm getting the error 404 or error 403 codes. I paid for these worlds so I am getting frustrated.

EA Live Chat seems useless.

@panicpilots Any world that comes with an expansion is part of that expansion's files, as in, the world is installed along with the rest of the content. What worlds are you trying to install, and from where?
