@smdHannah Thanks for the update. I'm not surprised at all, and that's why I suggested trying a clean boot (along with shutting down any extraneous processes) a few posts ago. Other players have had issues with Razer software, but none have yet reported that they can't change the graphics settings, at least not where I've seen, so I wasn't expecting the software to have that effect.
Anyway, Razer will probably clean up the issue soon enough, so you can try reinstalling whatever program you've been using in a week or two.
