I purchase sims 3 dragon valley and monte vista. (ı have sims 3 base game) I tried to enter game code but it is not accept. Codes are true.  It says ''We encountered a problem using your product code. Try again later. ''

Also ı tried https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html this adress to enter my code. ıt says you already used that code. but this is the first time i entered a code because until now i didnt know how to use that codes
