I recently bought Roaring Heights, Monte Vista, and Hidden Springs from the EA App. When I launch the game, they do not show up as options for worlds to play in. They do not show up as downloads in the launcher, and I cannot find them anywhere in my computer's (Macbook) files. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and the EA app to no avail. What am I doing wrong?
Look at your email for when you bought them. It has lots of info so I missed it the first few times I looked. Under the name/picture is a bunch of letters. I thought it was like an item number but it's a code to redeem it. Then go to the store to your purchased content and somewhere in there is a place to redeem code.
