I had the problem that when I tried to load the game it just loaded a black screen and then it didn't respond. I was able to fix it by deleting the TMP files (DCchache) and then bypassing the game launching, but now even though my custom content is installed it's not showing up in the game
Did you just delete the tmp files or also the dbc and ebc files ?
I just deleted the TMP files
Is the icon for run with cc ticked in the launcher (yeah, you will need to delete the tmp files again if you open the launcher)
Do you still have the download files for your custom content ? If so, try moving the dbc (third party content) and ebc (Store content) to the desktop (don't delete) and try reinstalling some of the stuff, then check your game if they show up again. If they do, reinstall all your stuff.

What I mean is to move it out of the DCCache folder and then reinstall it to see if it then shows up.
Is run with custom content ticked ?
what do you mean by move it out? currently in that folder is only two files in which I have no ide what they are

the only files in the DCCache folder are dcdb0.dbc and missingdeps.idx
OK. how big is dcdb0.dbc ? You might just need to reinstall your content.
dcdb0.dbc is 12.9 KB. I already tried reinstalling all my custom content before to try and get it to work but this time I deleted it all of my CC from the game launcher and I put in the downloads folder to install it faster using the game launcher. I'll see if it works this time
