download issues

hi. I purchased the 3 worlds bundle. Redeemed code through the sims3.com as  instructed . Brought up the launcher , clicked download, then install etc only to find that none of them are in my game. I have restarted my EA app, launched game again and still no worlds bundle in there.

I also have issues with downloading anything from the exchange on the sims3.com community page as well , nothing shows up in my game. Not sure what's happening. 

Both my EA app and email account both match up with my user/account ID

EA are going to refund me for the bundle, but so confused

Any help would be appreciated.

    0deb8662bb44da0c  Try downloading one world into a clean user folder.  Move or rename the existing Sims 3 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts, open the launcher to create a new folder, download one Store world, install it, and see whether it shows up in-game.  Let me know either way.
