78742412 Are you trying to install a large number of items at once, and if so, does it help to try one or two at a time? Please also delete the DCCache folder in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3, as there may be a corrupted file inside.
If this doesn't help, let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS.

i select one thing at a time to install and click install the mouse turns into a circle for a moment and the install and delete button turn grey like its loading but it stops and nothing loads or happens and there are no errors that come up. the DCCache is deleted but it didn't help. i have windows 11 and the game version is 1.62.153.024001
78742412 Please run the Super Patch to manually patch the game to 1.67. While 1.62 is new enough to be mostly the same, it's simpler to troubleshoot on a fully-patched game, and the last patches did fix a few issues, although nothing related to the Store as far as I can tell. You can get the Super Patch here:
http://akamai.cdn.ea.com/eadownloads/u/f/sims/sims3/patches/TS3_1.67.2.0240xx_update.exe
Some browsers block the download because the URL starts with http and not https, but you can see it points directly to EA servers, so it's safe. Firefox will download it if you allow it manually.
For the Store content itself, once you're on patch 1.67, please try installing an item into a clean user folder. Move or rename the existing folder in Documents > Electronic Arts, download a fresh copy of one item, and try to install it. If that doesn't work, please let me know what antivirus you use, and whether OneDrive is running on this computer, even if you never deliberately use it.
