Downloading already purchased Items failed Sims 3

SavageSiiren  Sorry for the late reply; I was away from the forums for a while.

Can you download your worlds from their product pages?  Here are links:

If you get an error here too, refresh the page and try again.  At times, I've had to refresh more than once to get the download to work.  I would also suggest using Firefox if you're not already.
