Downloading

Hello! I have the High End Loft Stuff pack and I don't have a disc drive any longer for easy download. That being said, I purchased a physical copy years ago therefore there isn't any purchase history. I have used the same account the entire time I have had the game and cannot find it as a download on the sim 3 community site either without having to repurchase the pack. How do I download my game if it keeps telling me that it is a used product code?

blackravenearth You'll need to contact EA customer support and ask what happened to the code. A support rep can look up the code and may be able to give you some more information. Use this link:

And select the live chat option so you can speak to a real person in real time. If it's not available, choose a slightly different category of issue.
