Downloads Don't Work Despite Money

Question

I paid for downloads like Sims 3 "Dragon Valley", and they aren't working with my game. It's not just the world Dragon Valley; it's also anything I've ever downloaded with money is not working such as the Mill House and the medieval clothes I bought. Can I get a refund?

If that helps, you can rebuild your user folder as described there too.
