Dragon Valley not able to download

Question

I bought dragon valley in 2023, and redownloaded sims 3 (for the first time since the switch to EA) only to discover none of my packs transferred over from Origin. I lost all of my time and money, and when I contacted support, they said they couldn't do anything to help me. I was very upset with this (obviously) and uninstalled the game immediately deciding at the time that it wasn't worth the effort to play if I was going to need to repurchase everything I had already purchased before. Today, I finally decided to give the game a try again. I figured out how to get four out of six missing packs back (old codes from when we used to need to use the disk that I kept) and tried downloading DV, only it didn't work. It shows as purchased on EA app, but on the launcher it just doesn't exist. I also tried using the code they emailed me in 2023 on the sims 3 website but it says it was already used. I contacted support today and they said there was nothing they can do for me yet again on their end. I have tried looking at other solutions for the past, but haven't found any for my situation. Please help before I lose my will to play&nbsp;

sparkles8595&nbsp; It sounds like you signed into a different account than the one that originally owned your content.&nbsp; Even if you think that's not the case, it's worth asking EA customer support to take another look, especially since you have some codes that the other account may have used.
Ask the support rep to look up those codes, and if necessary, provide proof that the codes belong to you and therefore the account does as well.&nbsp; To be clear, simply having the codes may not be enough to recover the account, but it can help, especially combined with other details you may remember.

I will definitely ask them to look, but unfortunately I have only ever had one account. I have recovered four out of my six packs, so it isn't a total loss if they can't help me! I never understood why everything I had on origin EXCEPT sims 3 expansions transferred over. Even the base game transferred. I have since given up on those old sims 3 disappearances since that happened, and now I am more concerned about dragon valley not working as I have purchased that since the switch.&nbsp;
