EA App Removed packs & digital content?

I logged into My EA App to find out that 3 of My Sims 3 packs 1 of which says it is still installed, & 2 of my digital content stuff has been removed, Why would the app do that, & how do I get them back, or do I have to rebuy all that stuff again, I have the Disk's for all those that were removed, but I am not able to use the codes for them cause they were already used years ago when I added them to origin, so again does that mean I have to rebuy them? so not happy bout this. ☹️

  • Hello, I have had the same issue and have been looking for a solution that wouldn't involve me spending £60 to replace some packs. I had everything installed on my computer which ended up breaking and getting reset. I have since gotten a new computer but EA says I only own 'Into the future' and 'monte vista'. I in fact own close to all the packs. I hope we can both get this solved!

  • I also have this problem with EA removing stuff packs i bought the disks for in person.  it was 70s 80s &90s, diesel, movie and townlife stuff packs that were removed. I owned the actual game disks for those packs.

  • two of my packs were removed when my ea membership wasnt active they came back once i resubscribed i didnt know this.. these were free packs given to me when i downloaded sims 3

  • Mythras_85  For each pack, take a photo showing the disc, its case, and the product code (clearly visible), then contact EA customer support and ask what happened to your content.

I would strongly recommend live chat rather than email.

abbyriley1  The packs you received are not free, they're included in your membership but only as long as you're actually subscribed.  This is by design.

You could buy the packs outright if you don't want to keep paying monthly.
