Unfortunately launcher clearing did not fix it anything, and yes the game is lagging.I post dxdiag here.I uninstalled the full game and reinstalled it but nothing changed, same error. And I have all the dlc, all the cities, and all the refurbished houses ,and things from 2009-2014.The game is big!
@Kittekassitar For now, try bypassing the launcher entirely. Since you're on patch 1.67, you can launching the game directly from TS3W.exe without opening the launcher at all. That should at least eliminate the launcher as a source of issues. If you don't have a desktop shortcut for TS3W.exe, you can find it within the game's program files, probably here:
Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin
Please also let me know what in-game framerates you're seeing. If you haven't taken steps to manually limit it, your fps could be far too high and cause all sorts of issues. To see your framerates, bring up the cheats console (crtl-shift-C) and enter "fps on" without quotes. Let me know both the steady number and whether you get significant fluctuations. A rough estimate is fine for both.
If you still see lag, please open the Task Manager and end any background processes with the name Nahimic or AVolute, then test again. (Any essential processes will restart the next time you reboot your computer, so there isn't any risk.) Your dxdiag lists a couple of Nahimic crashes, which may or may not be game-related, so it's worth testing.

Fps is 58-60, most of the time it is 60 (and goes crazy), no more, there is probably some kind of limiter? Lag is huge ☹️ Other things didn't help ,and these old errors were probably related to Twitch. More ideas?

@Kittekassitar I'd like to see how your hardware performs when you're playing: how hard it's working, the temperatures of the internal components, that kind of thing. Please download hwinfo from here:
https://www.hwinfo.com/download/
You don't need to install anything if you don't want to; just choose the Portable version, unzip it, and launch it from Downloads or wherever you want. (If you would like to install, be sure to click the green button, not the orange one.) Restart your computer, and don't open any other apps. Launch hwinfo, choose "sensors only," and click the icon that's a sheet of paper with a + sign to start logging. Save the file to your desktop for easy access later.
Wait five minutes, then launch Sims 3 and play for at least 20 minutes; longer is fine. Click the same button to end logging. Then upload the log to a third-party free filehosting site and link it here. Please leave it in .csv format, or if you use OneDrive to share, please compress it in .zip format instead.
