Games won't appear in EA Launcher

Question

All of my expansion packs that are registered in my SIms3.com account are not appearing as downloadable in my EA Launcher even though the two are connected as I can see my stuff packs appear within the launcher. Help

You need to contact support, I was having the same issue 2 days ago and was able to get all but supernatural working.&nbsp;
