agallag2017 Please try installing the world into a clean user folder. Move the Sims 3 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, which will remove, but not delete, your saves and other user data. Open the launcher to spawn a clean folder, then download only Hidden Springs and see whether it installs.
If this doesn't work, please clarify some details. When you sign into the Store, are you using the same email address and password as you do to sign into the EA App? If not, do you own the game in the account associated with the Store content?
