Go to the items you like and click on the add to wishlist link.

@crinrict Since this still is one of the top links on Google search as of March 2023, no there is no wishlist function at the moment.
Since @75190255508 you've said that this is a popular search result, I wanted to mention that for the Sims 3 Store at least, the wishlist still works. Open the product page for the item you'd like, then click the link to add it to your wishlist. You do need to be signed into the Store site for the link to work.
If this question is about adding games or DLC/packs to a wishlist within the EA App, that function does not, as of this writing, currently exist. If anyone would like to request it, you can post in the EA App Feedback forum.
