i tried in another save and the same thing happened
@Blackredminty Please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved, but the game won't be able to read the data. Please leave all those files where they are for now.
In the new folder, create or download the Mods framework and add NRaas mods if you want, but don't add anything else. Delete the five cache files as usual. Start a new save, pick a random household in Sunset Valley, and travel someone to China. Let me know whether the game freezes.
If it does freeze, please delete the cache files again, then repeat the above, except take your computer completely offline before trying to play.

ty i'll try it sometime and see if it worked

it still didn't work i think the cashe files come back everytime i open the game
@Blackredminty The cache files are regenerated each time you launch the game, that's normal. The point is to make the game recreate them so they don't contain any stale data.
Please try playing in a new user account on your computer. Make it an admin account, and don't sign into Microsoft or any other services you normally use. Download fresh copies of the NRaas mods you've been using, but no others, and no custom content. Play while your computer is offline again. Start a new save, pick a random household, and try to travel.
If that doesn't help, delete the five cache files, then please try playing in a clean boot, again in the new account.

If that doesn't help either, please post a new dxdiag so I can see whether anything has changed.

@Blackredminty Which household did it work with, and which not? Please also let me know whether you're using any add-on modules for StoryProgression, for example SP Skill, and if so which ones.
