How to deal with a bad "game adviser" chat?
I just had a chat with Pradeep P. from EA Customer Experience
I did not understand half he was asking me. He was really slow at answering and hardly gave any answers. At the end while i was still asking questions he ended thet chat!!! - And i had been waiting an hour to get through to an "advicer" Im so tired of EA's treatmeant of there customers! I wanted to use a code i had been giving, and its not working - Pradeep P. would not help me. Where do you go after that?!?!?!? Im choked about how rude they are. I dont want to be a customer where they tread people that way.
