Huge bug issues with The Sims 3 Island Paradise and Ambitions Packs
I've been dealing with this issue for years, probably sense 2018. I don't know what else to do I tried everything... I have researched everything and also youtube, everything as well and it still doesn't work at all.
I bought all my games at the store and enter the code to be in the EA gaming system. It used to be download in my computer, but I decided to do the EA account instead because back then, you have to use the CD to play the game without it, you wouldn't able to play, so that was a huge plus for me.
It was working just fine but out of no where I started getting glitch issues... the paradise pack all it does is glitches every suddit movement you make, it does a glitch freeze pause. When it becomes monday, or the next day on there, the whole world completely freezes and it does not unfreeze at all. It's like you have to unplug your computer because it would not leave your screen It wouldn't let you exit out or anything it's just completely frozen... it's very annoying... it's been doing this for years. I have tried everything that you have named. I have tried everything and it still doesn't work.
With the "Ambitions pack" the firefighter task glitches as well...It does not perform like it used to or anything. It didn't even want to kick the door down when it was supposed to... it just messed up really badly.....That's the only career with that package started not to work anymore, and that was my favorite career... they used to work as a team now YOU work solo when you go put out the fire now.... When I first got it and played it was magical ✨️ It looked real like an action movie or something. When you trying to finish the task, the firefighter truck respond back to the station at times it says it's a fire, but it's no longer a fire you don't see any fire at all because you finish putting it all out...
I don't know what else to do I already talked to the representative through chat today they stated they took notes and told me to get on this website to report the bug.. this is a huge bug that i've been going through for the years including other people...
I bought the island pack two times. One in person, and when it was starting to not function right I've seen the island pack available on EA account system when you search for games to buy and I said to myself hmmm maybe it's telling me to repurchase it again, because it's not working properly?
That was absolutely not the case....
I just really need this to be fixed It really sucks that other people is affected by this. I'm not the only one... it feels like I have a game that I paid a lot of money for over the years and trust and believe I have the whole sims three collection... and it really sucks that with those two packs that I mention I can't even no longer play anymore....knowing that is right in my face and it could be fixed through the developer that can at least hear are our cries about this and try to get this resolved.... when I was doing research about this to see if i'm the only one, it's multiple people that's going through the same thing.
I really enjoy those two game packs. It just really sucks that it doesn't wanna work properly but the rest of the game does it doesn't make any sense.
