I can not access the sims 3 community.

Hi for some reason i cant contact EA directly however i am having trouble with my sims 3.. it tells me to go to the sims 3 community to install my new worlds to my origin account.. HOWEVER, i cant remeber my password and i was never sent an email with the passowrd.. yes I have an account with the sims 3 community, yes i have tried my origin and no its not the same as the origin account which is getting really fusterating because i have spent $80 for something i can not use.. some one please help me ive tried making a new account but cant. i would like to know if EA or someone can send me my password and email for the sims 3 community.. my player name Polizzi5696 my email is [edit: email address removed] thanks in advance.

     3.Select a platform
