I Cannot Log Into my Sims 3 Account
Hello Simmers! I am able to log in perfectly in the launcher however, I cannot log in when I reach the game (where you select the household you want to play with/start new game). It says my login is invalid, even though it works perfectly in the launcher ☹️ (Also, I did work with EA support but found no solution)
@adrianas2cold Try deleting the file labeled [your email].bin in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3. If that doesn't work, open Keychain Access, in Applications > Utilities. Search for sims3 and delete any entries you find. Then delete the .bin file again and test.
