I had to factory reset my pc and lost worlds. How can I recover them?

I had to factory reset my PC and lost worlds (Barnicle Bay, Dragon Valley, and Monte Vista) When attempting many times to re-download from purchase history I was unable to either update nor successfully install from game launcher... Please Help

@CamieLynn&nbsp; Did you install from disc? What is the version of your game (launcher lower left)? What version of windows are you using?

I think they were installed from a disk, but I had to download them from the website. Launcher version 1.69.43.024017&nbsp; and&nbsp; the version of windows is Windows 10 Home.
