I own seasons but it isnt appearing in the launcher

I've recently like within the past few months decided I wanted to play sims 3 again so I downloaded all my packs and got into playing.  After being in the world for a while I realized that it never told me about the weather totem and I wasn't seeing weather changes and my UI looked different to how I remembered.  I looked and it wasn't even in the launcher as an option to select. Its in the EA app as owned. Its downloaded. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the entire game and packs it does show and seasons seperately. Its still not there. I'd like to be able to have seasons in my game to play with.  I played it fine a several years ago, but its not working now.

    I have similar problem, but in my case is that i add seasons to my library via product code it says that it is in my account then it says that the code is already used but i don't see it in my account (other DLCs worked fine)

    I didn't have issues redeeming my code, but that was years ago. It says I own it. I was able to play with it years ago. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your code. Have you tried talking to the online ea help thing? 

  • I've also contacted EA help 3 times regarding this issue and they've not been able to find a solution.

  • Its also showing on my sims 3 page that I own it.

    I have the exact same problem with part of my expansion packs. I can see all my expansion packs in the EA app, but not all of them appear in the sims 3 launcher (and thus also not in the game). I have talked to EA help multiple times about this, but no one was able to help me with this so far.

    Hi there,

    It sounds like this pack was removed from your account and you would need to repurchase in order to access and play. If you're not seeing an option in the EA app to purchase this pack, it may not be fully removed from your account. 

    This isn't something we can check on over the forums as we don't have access to your account information, but live support can check your entitlements for Seasons and see what's happened. Please submit a new case on the site here so they can look into this- be sure you attach this forum conversation when you reach out there so the team has further information to reference.

    I just did this and the only solution they gave me to make a whole new account and repurchase the packs (as I don't have the receipts anymore). I am willing to buy again, but why can't it just be deleted from my account? It is very annoying.

    They removed it from my account, but it took three different times of contacting them. However. My Sims 4 Seasons pack was also removed because of a "charge back request" which I didn't ask for or do. I also purchased it with other sims 4 packs while on sale and those are fine when talking to EA help now a 4th time they told me they couldn't do anything. I for one think telling people to check social media for responses from "the game team" over things missing from their accounts is ludicrous.
