Island Paradise: Can't access the Island!

I recently downloaded both Into the Future and Island Paradise. I have been playing the future elements with no issues, but today I tried to visit the Island for a vacation, and my options to visit never popped up. When I also selected "Become a Resort Owner", it only pulled up my current neighborhood.

How do I fix this issue?

I'm a bit unsure what you mean by visit the island for a vacation.

Island Paradise is not for going on vacation. It's has a normal playable world. The only expansion pack that offers vacation spots is world adventures.
