Launcher crashes when I open the downloads tab in Sims 3

I really hope they fix this soon. I just bought a bunch of stuff on the store and I can't download it as the launcher just crashes back to the EA app. 

I also can't download through the game because it doesn't recognise my email and password. Super frustrated!
