Launcher crashes when I open the downloads tab in Sims 3

Game launcher crashes when I open the downloads tab in Sims 3, maybe someone has ideas how to fix this problem. I play in Mac. I uninstalled everything and then reinstalled but unfortunately it didn'...

in terms of downloading cc is there a way to translate sims 3 pack into packages and then put in mods folder? without using launcher that way to install ?

But the apps you need to do the conversion only work on PC, so you will need either a working PC or else something like Parallels which can run Windows virtually on a mac.
