The creators probably realized that The Sims 4 is so bad that people are going back to Sims 3 so they broke our game. Lol but for real it's been over a year and this issue still hasn't been resolved it's ridiculous puzzlezaddict you keep saying youre reaching out n but it's been over a year pack it tf up.

Right ! 😂😂 I just got a desktop computer and instead of using my Mac and it works perfectly fine since it’s not the Mac version can’t stand EA

I guess since I bought it on my Mac, I can only play it there. That's just so annoying and stupid.
So, I am stuck at the moment.... Maxis really need to fix the issues that Mac players are facing instead of ignoring them.
Once you login into your EA account it should have automatically put the windows version in your library, that’s what it did to me so I didn’t have to rebuy the windows version. It also added back my sims 2 that I originally had from playing on my windows origin account years ago since it wasn’t available to play on my MAC. You need to reach out to EA and see about that. Are you in the US ?
