jewelbyrnes It seems that cmd-return doesn't work for a lot of people, not sure why. (It's always worked for me, on three different Macs, all with different specs and OSs.) But in the future, if you want to switch to fullscreen or windowed mode and the command isn't working, you can edit Options.ini, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3. This file contains all the game's options, and you can search for fullscreen and set it to 0 or 1.
