I am missing several expansion packs for the sims 3 that I purchased. When I log in to my EA account and go to purchase history it shows the name for all the expansions I've purchased except 3. For these 3 it says, "Placeholder #1065626852, Placeholder #1001613133613, and Placeholder #1003084233613". believe these to be the packs I am missing from the game. anybody know how I can fixed this?
cincofive6 Which packs are these? Do they show as owned in the EA App, but not the Sims 3 launcher; or do they not show up in the EA App at all? You'd check under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons.
I'm having same issue. I've tried all the suggestions I can find online, but still nothing, and I can't find anyway to contact EA to discuss it with someone to find an actual solution either. I'm so fed up now! It's a lot of money to have spent to have so much content missing.
Mines all showing on the EA app, and as owned content, but when the Sims 3 starts, those worlds are missing.

Roaring Heights, Barnacle Bay, Dragon Valley, and Monte Vista I think are all the missing ones. I should have all of the available worlds.

If I try that it directs me to pay for them again. I bought them through pack before the app changed to the EA one, it was called Steam or something like that. If i go onto my account and try to get these worlds through there it just tells me how much I need to buy them again.
What's more, when I used the contact form you link in that page you've linked me to, for some reason the message won't send.
raineydaze22 Do your worlds show as owned on the Sims 3 Store site, either under Store > My Store Account > Purchase History or on their product pages?

Please check both—sometimes a world will only show up in one place. Worlds can be downloaded from either one though. What the EA App says about your purchase is irrelevant.
As for customer support, please use live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, choose a different category of issue. If you can't submit your request, use a different browser or a different device.
No, the website directs me to pay for them as I said, but I've already paid for them. I had bought all of the packs before I bought the rest of the worlds. I only bought the rest of the worlds from the sims 3 store recently. I don't know where to find the live chat. I can't find any way to contact EA at all that works.
