No Redeem Free Simpoints Button?
I've checked everywhere, I've gone through forums, yahoo, etc. But there is still nothing that can help me. I registered my game 1-2 years ago but I only got 500 simpoints and I was told I should get 1000. There was never any button for me to redeem my free simpoints. I have tried the EA help, but I never get any response with the chat with an EA member.I've looked through my page, my store account, etc. But it never showed up. I also lost my Sims 3 code. Anything that can help?
if the game is registered in your origin account then try this to find the game code log into your origin account right click the game icon-show game details your code should be there
you will need to contact about the simpoints as anything to do with your account only the CS reps can look at your account
