paigekotecki You can run MasterController commands from an in-game computer, so try running NRaas > MC > Town Options > Reset Everything from there. That will cover all the lots and literally everything else in the save at the same time.
For the new save, did you quit to desktop, delete the cache files, and reload before creating that save? If not, data could have been transferred from the old one. These are the cache files, in case you didn't get all of them in the first round:
- CASPartCache.package
- compositorCache.package
- scriptCache.package
- simCompositorCache.package
- socialCache.package
If that doesn't help, remove all your mods except those from NRaas and try again on a new save. If the new save works, try another MC reset on an old save.
