I know there are other threads for this, but nothing is working and I can't contact EA.
I purchased The Sims 3 Roaring Heights from the EA app since the Winter Sale is going on right now. I got my confirmation email and it says in the EA app that I own TS3 Roaring Heights, but when I went to redeem my code on The Sims 3 website, it said that my code had already been redeemed. Roaring Heights does not show in my "Purchase History" on the TS3 website, it does not show as downloadable in the EA app, and it is nowhere to be found in my Sims 3 game or on the launcher whatsoever.
I can't open a case anywhere on EA's help website, nor can I open any kind of live chat, and I sent a report through the EA app, but I don't expect any kind of response. I just need help trying to figure this out or to see if there's a way EA can get back to me.

Please see the first post on page one for more information, including how to contact EA customer support. You can also try contacting support without signing in—just choose a category that makes it sound like you've lost access to your account.
