Same thing is happening to me.
@Filthy-Rajesh Where are you trying to redeem the code, and what browser are you using? I'd try the Sims 3 store (https://store.thesims3.com/) and Firefox. It might also help to clear your browser caches first.
@weddlrn7 What exactly are you trying to do that isn't working? If you have a code that you can't redeem, try switching browsers (Firefox is quite reliable) and using the Sims 3 store site (https://store.thesims3.com/).
If there's something else going on, please provide details so you can get more specific advice.

Tried it in the sims page in the redeem a code. Used firefox like you said and did not work. Tried internet Explorer and did not work. Tried Chrome and did not work.
@Filthy-Rajesh Is it possible that the code when through without you knowing it? Check your page on the store site—your worlds should appear on the left side of the screen, with an icon for each one you've bought.
If Dragon Valley isn't listed as owned on your account, you should probably contact EA customer support for help. Make sure you have access to your receipt, in case someone asks you to forward it.
Literally the same thing that is happening to filthy rajesh. I enter my code, check the terms of service box and click accept, then the TOS box unchecks itself and doesn't give me dragon valley. I've tried all of the things you have suggested and still the same thing is happening.
@Filthy-Rajesh and @weddlrn7 You're not the only people who've had problems redeeming a code at the Sims 3 store in the last day or so. I don't know why it isn't working, although the store is unreliable and frequently down for no apparent reason. But I'm forwarding your comments to a community manager, so hopefully there will be an official answer soon. If not, it might be best to try to redeem the code again in a day or two.

-Mai The same thing is happening to me too. I just bought a digital download of Roaring Heights (from GameStop that is on a receipt) and when I hit the redeem button, the download doesn't go through and unticks the box for agreement to the Terms of Sale! I think the store is down because I tried it with my older other DD copies of things. Please get back to me soon, because I can't return my DD to GameStop. Thank you for your time and effort!
