Refund Issues?
Maybe someone can shed some light on this issue
I have tried Multiple times to get a full refund for the sims 3 and the game packs that I purchased it with it. The refund request was issued within 24 hours after first launch. Which I AM ELIGIBLE for.
I have talked to chat support in the past and they said I would have the full refund 7-10 days and its been well past that.
Every time I talk to Chat support they cannot give me an answer as to why I don't have the refund and the last one I talked to said I may not be eligible for the refund even though it was in the Game Guarantee Perimeters. This has been a very frustrating process.The last chat support person said I did a G3 and requested the refund but may not be eligible for it??
The only refund I've gotten at all was for sims 3 Starter pack and none of the DLCs. So what's the point of having a Game Guarantee if no one abides by it? Makes 0 sense to me.
Can anyone help with the refund process or who I can get a hold of to talk to about this? Maybe give me a reason as to why I might not be Eligible????

The Sims 3 Starter Pack would be eligible for a refund, just confirming, you have received the refund for this right?
As for DLC, individual DLC and in-game currencies are not refundable if purchased separately. They would only be eligible for a refund if all that content was purchased as a bundle. You can read over the refund eligibility and details on the Great Game Guarantee in the article here.
