pandorapegasus The only way to fix this is to contact EA customer support (again, unfortunately). Ask the support rep to specifically remove the entitlements from the missing packs, then add them back to your account. Make sure they remove ALL copies of any missing pack before adding a new one.
Unfortunately, support probably won't be able to add KPST back to your account, as it appears it can't be added for anyone anymore. So you may want to leave that one alone for now, unless the support rep you speak to this time around has another idea for how to fix that code. But the others can be removed and added easily enough.
