Sims 3 Important Bugs + Errors
Hello!
I've always been a big fan of the Sims, but a-lot of times, there have been so many bugs to the point where it was off-putting to play.
Luckily I've managed to fix a few of these problems over the years with the help of looking high and low on the internet for answers.
Although, I still have some issues that I've noticed a-lot of other people have had too.
So I was hoping that maybe these issues could be fixed in the next patch?
I understand it's not easy to fix problems in games, so I appreciate the time you take to sort these out!
My first problem is with Late Night.
One of the biggest parts of Late Night is being able to go out to different clubs and venues with sims,
but in the game, there is no mixologist to be seen on any lot.
Whenever I try to click the bar, nothing comes up... meaning I can't order drinks, or buy food.
This makes all of the bars pointless, which is very sad since I enjoy them a-lot.
There is only 1 solution that I have seen on the internet which is "Delete all of the bars and replace them"
But not only is that a hassle to do everytime you start the game, it also doesn't work very well a-lot of the time.
I've seen countless amounts of people with this probem too, so if there could be some sort of main fix for this in the next patch,
that would be brilliant
The second issue is with Ambitions.
I absoloutely loved the idea of professions in the Sims 3,
but there is one profession that I have noticed is so bugged to the point where it's unplayable.
This is the Firefighter profession, and this is also a problem that I have seen so many people have, with no solution as far as I could find.
In this bug, there are no co-workers on the work lot, and also, whenever there is an alarm for a fire, as soon as you click the house with the fire, it quickly cancels the action, making it literally impossible to put out fires, and actually do the job. I'm not sure if this has to do with one of the latest patches, but if the next patch could also focus on this, that'd also be great
Fortunately, these are the two main problems that I can think of right now, but there are so many people out there with problems, and questions left unanswered. There are still problems I find here and there or things that I feel could be improved, but I feel that should be for another time.
A good place to see some of these main bugs is The Sims 3 website, in the "Possible Bugs" section of the forum.
Hopefully some of the people in these threads can be given answers, or given a patch that helps their problems, and makes the sims 3 even better.
