6vbonplh58b6 Do you see a scripterror in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 with a time stamp that matches the crash? If so, it might give you an idea of what triggered the crash. Feel free to post it here, or better yet, you can take it to the NRaas site and ask for help. I have some ability to read these files, but not at the level of the current NRaas developer or a couple other helpers there.
This only applies to a scripterror that was generated at the time of the crash or immediately before. A file from when you initially loaded the game wouldn't be helpful here, as it's almost certainly unrelated and would likely be a simple correction log, a report of ErrorTrap doing its job.
If you're not sure when the game crashed, look for an xcpt file, which would have been created at the time of the crash. So any scripterror roughly matching that time would be relevant.
There are plenty of reasons the game would crash that wouldn't generate a scripterror though. In that case, were you playing with the laptop plugged in, or running from battery? Is iCloud Drive running on your computer, and if so, is it syncing the contents of Documents? You can check in System Settings > Apple ID > iCloud Drive Options; any folder checked off is being synced. Please do NOT start syncing Documents & Desktop if you're not already doing so; this is simply a question of whether iCloud is in play already.
