inkydr3ams  Do you have any custom content clothing, and does it help to remove it?  This never happened to me until I installed some clothing cc, not even any nude outfits, and it was clearly related to that cc.

If you don't want to get rid of your cc, just tell your sim to change to a different outfit when this happens.  He should be wearing clothes again, and then you can have him change back.
