Sims 3 Store Content won't show up in game/stay installed

Question

Any content from the sims 3 website/store downloaded within the past few months will not stay installed/show up in game.

I can buy and download into the launcher. I will install it, and it says that it installed just fine. But as soon as I open the game or even close and reopen the launcher, the items are no longer installed. They are still downloaded into the launcher, but seemingly uninstalled.

I just really want to use the content I BOUGHT. I still have a bunch of sims points and have stuff I want to buy. EA help advisors do not know how to solve this. I have logged in and out and cleared cache. There has to be a more complex solution to this problem.

bighead60​&nbsp; Does the content stayed installed in a clean user folder?&nbsp; Sometimes the problem is the content that's no longer working but the files for which are still present.&nbsp; Please try this:

If it helps, you can transfer your other content to the new folder, as described.
