sims 3 supernatural wont open
hay
so insalled supernatural and all seemed ok but when i start the launcher and press the play the game wont open
i tryied opening it from orginal file and same thing nothing
please help asap

You can delete those but it doesn't help. I was just wondering if the game crashes before it even starts or if it doesn't start. Crash logs can be an indication but if you only have older ones, than that does not help with the issue as hand.
So you tried the process monitor and the process is never started ?OK. I'll do more research on this over christmas. Really don't know what's causing it.
In the meantime I suggest that you also make a thread in the technical forum at the official forum and maybe, if you have an account, over at MTS (there are more technical people there)
Do state what you've already thried and that you tried process monitor and that the game never starts.
