Sims 3 won't load

HiI recently downloaded Sims 3 in Xbox on my laptop windows 11. I downloaded the university extension too. The game played fine until I sent my sim to university. Then I got an error message 16 when trying to save. When my sim graduated and went home the game froze. I exited the game. The next day the game would not load. I have tried many solutions through tech support and YouTube. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I see through this forum that this is an ongoing issue, and it looks like that EA support isn't able to resolve. I find this very frustrating. I don't want to play sims 4. I prefer 3. Figured I'd voice my frustration and hope for a solution in the future. Good luck guys

@CoHikingQueen&nbsp; Is OneDrive running on your computer, and/or have you taken steps to change its settings or get rid of it?&nbsp; If so, let me know.

Please also search in Windows for Command Prompt, open it, and enter this command, starting with reg query:

reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"

Then post the result. You can write [username] instead of your actual username if you want, but please leave the rest intact.
