Sims 3 world redeem not working
Just purchased the sims 3 world bundle and the 2 codes I received do not work to redeem. It shows as a product own, but I can’t download it to play it

I spoke to a representative because i was having the same issue , it won't even let me input the codes into the sims 3 because "The sims 3 store connecting to EA is down" quoting what the advisor said. Honestly just get your money back ( do it through the EA app or file a dispute) because sadly we arent getting that pack right now not sure if they will ever fix the issue.
When you got your money back did they remove your worlds bundle from your EA app? Or is it still showing on EA app as bought? Trying to decide if I want to get refund or not.
