Hi EA_Solaire , I unfortunately do not have the original payment method that I used for the purchase. I apologize for the long-winded story but when I first made the purchase in 2023, I contacted support and that wasn't offered at first with the agent I spoke with for some reason and unfortunately I gave up at that point and forgot about it. This year I got back into playing The Sims 3 and I realized recently that I still didn't have access to the pack. During my recent attempts at contacting support, I was told I could get a refund but I don't have access to the original payment method so they would leave a notice with the higher ups and hopefully someone could get back to me. Honestly speaking, I don't want the refund. I would like to be issued a new game code for the world since it has some cool gameplay mechanics that I'd like to play with, and especially so because the card I used for it I no longer have access to.
BlooTears Thanks for the details on this! I'm afraid live support no longer has a way to replace these world codes or grant the world to your EA account- in the event that your code was auto-redeemed, a refund on the purchase is what we'd look into. However, a refund is only able to be submitted back to the original payment method, so if that's been removed and you no longer have that card, the refund would fail.
