I just purchased Monte Vista and am running into the exact same situation where the sims 3 store is saying I have already redeemed the code, I'm literally so confused I've loaded up my game twice now and it's not showing up in world selection. I've been running round in internet circles for the past half hour trying to fix this I just really want to play it lol. Is this just a broken game thing where I've now just squandered £14.99?
