Store Content Uninstalls Itself and Cannot Be Reinstalled

FrusturatedUser  I would suggest installing only a few items while testing.  It's a lot faster, and also, if that happens to work (and keep working), perhaps the problem is the sheer amount of content, or how many items you install at a time, or something else that's less global than this problem appears to be.
